*** Introduction ***

This Astrological Child Report has been designed as a guide for John F.'s parents, with a special commitment: to help with John F.'s growth and cultural upbringing, to emphasize and strengthen his assets, and to alert the parents to mistakes or possible problems that John F. could face in his life.

Chapter 1 describes John F. the way he really is (position of the Sun), and the way his personality is expressed (Ascendant sign). It is probable that you may find some contradictions in the report; this is because some planets may be beneficial in a certain area of life while other planets may be less helpful or even harmful. The child of Sagittarius is an adventurer, restless and funny. John F. has a very good sense of humor, like a small clown. Whenever he laughs, everyone is affected by his joy. As he grows he will show his restlessness and charm. He will travel all over the house, then the neighborhood, and then the entire world. His curiosity and energy are unbounded. He is always asking questions; he wants to know everything and sometimes presses very hard with his endless questions. He reacts against orders; he only obeys if he thinks it is logical. His inquisitive and reasonable mind is always analyzing the orders. To get his cooperation on any subject, parents must appeal to his sense of justice and honesty. Friends love him and they are always looking for him, because he is always making people laugh. At school John F. can be inconstant, because everything depends on his enthusiasm. Sagittarius rules the hips, the pelvic bones, the thighs, and the metabolism of fat. Generally, John F. will have good health as he will be psychologically sound. His outgoing and positive mind will keep him moving toward his dreams and goals, without worrying about his physical health. However, he could go to the other extreme and become totally careless about his health. John F. will like the good life, with the danger of being overweight from eating everything and in large amounts. He will like sports and the outdoor life, which will help him maintain his weight if he is constant. Due to his disordered nutrition, John F. will have to be careful about cholesterol.

This astrological position could bring a hypofunction of the gall bladder, slow release of bile, causing digestive problems, lack of flexibility in the joints, especially in the knees, arthritis, dry skin, slow digestion.

The short term problems related to John F.'s health could originate from nervous exhaustion, stress, corporal electricity, and the lack of B Vitamins. It will be very important for John F. to learn how to relax and to let his neurons rest.

In order to prevent any problems, he should include in his diet: all the legumes, non-refined grains, walnuts and seeds, asparagus, corn, lentils, watercress, soy, cabbage, coconut, grapes, lemon, pineapple, peanuts, wheat germ, bee pollen, egg yolk, and all foods rich in the B vitamins.

The long term problems related to John F.'s health could originate from the lack of appropriate oxygenation of the body, the lack of Vitamins A and D, and magnesium. The most common problem area will be the circulatory system, causing deficient irrigation to arms and legs, palpitations, and heart problems in general.
